WizKids "Buy it by the brick" Temporary Redemption Forms
Here are some temporary forms for all you eagar brick buyers out there!!
These redemption forms will only include figures that we already have or figures that we know are on their way.
To take advantage of these limited one-time offers, please read and check off each of these requirements before submitting you order.
With each order, you must include:
- The original retailer receipt showing a non-internet purchase.
- The UPC codes from the bottoms of the MechWarrior, HeroClix, or HorrorClix boosters you bought "by the Brick".
- The name, location, and phone number of the store you bought your Brick at.
- This completed coupon and the payment and S&H set to this address:
- ClixBrick Redemption Offers, PO BOX 20, Blackburn South VIC 3130.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Void where prohibited. Figure offer available only while supplies last. Limit two (2) of each figure per household. Offers expire 30th April 2007. Orders must be postmarked by 30th April 2007 to be eligible. S&H may be paid by credit card or money order only, in Australian dollars.
